Kaitlyn & Westernaires Story
Kaitlyn debuted as Westernaires Director in the 2024 season. Out of a field of three highly qualified and experienced candidates, Kaitlyn was selected by the Board and three advisory representative members. Her passion for music, fresh ideas, maturity and 16 year of musical performance pedigree made her the top candidate.

Kaitlyn is a graduate of Arizona Christian University with a Bachelors of Science in Music with an emphasis in Piano Performance and Pedagogy. She is an accomplished violinist able to “fiddle”, demonstrates immense vocal control to yodel and is a gifted soprano.
Kaitlyn loves many styles of music from classical to southern gospel. She found her passion for chorale music in college and is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Chorale Conducting.
Westernaires are pleased to be under the direction of Kaitlyn’s leadership, musical excellence and she makes rehearsals fun!
